How to make sure you are talking to Gene-Works
Gene-Works Oy, Business ID 2198820-6, Tommolankatu 9, c/o Prismakeskus, 45130 Kouvola, Finland. We write only from @gene-works.fi addresses. We do not recruit via WhatsApp or ask for payments. If someone does in our name — write to info@gene-works.fi.
We never ask for money, deposits, "processing fees" or your passport before a signed contract. Finnish law (Act 380/2023) and Google's Supplier Code of Conduct prohibit charging workers any recruitment fee. Every message from us carries your application or request ID; if a message has no ID or comes from a different domain, do not reply to it — forward it to info@gene-works.fi.

To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, write to info@gene-works.fi with your application ID. Details are in the Privacy notice and in Data and confidentiality — including what a client can and cannot see about a worker.
